Provider Location Analysis

HDM provides ongoing services to support a major dental insurer in identifying potential gaps in provider coverage. HDM created a series of maps that show the location of dentists who are participating providers. By overlaying that map with a 10-mile buffer zone, HDM provides the insurer with a tool to identify potential gaps in coverage. To support the insurers efforts to remedy those gaps, additional maps were created to show the location of all dentists within a specified geographic area.
