Information Technology / Systems Integration

HDM develops stand-alone, networked and web/wireless enabled integrated technology systems. HDM works closely with our clients to help define system specifications through HDM-facilitated functional definition sessions. We also work with larger systems integrators, when desired, to obtain specialized knowledge within certain organizations.

Actual system development takes place at HDM's facilities with continuous input from the client. The final systems can be implemented at the client site or hosted by HDM, and are integrated with existing IT applications, as appropriate.

Examples of HDM's IT systems integration projects include rules-based, expert systems for transit fare collection; web and wireless extensions for real estate and facility security; comprehensive web-based, rules-centric quality assurance and quality control system; XML and web-based geocoding applications; and many more.
