Kija Kim Named to BostonFed Bancorp, Inc. Board of Directors For Immediate Release
BostonFed Bancorp, Inc. (AMEX - BFD), the parent of Boston Federal Savings Bank, a federally-chartered savings bank, and Broadway National Bank, a nationally-chartered commercial bank, (collectively the "Banks") announced the election of Ms. Kija Kim to the Boards of the Company and the two subsidiary Banks. Ms. Kim, is co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Harvard Design and Mapping Company, Inc. (HDM) of Cambridge. Ms. Kim has been active in business and community affairs and has received numerous awards for service. She has been a prominent advocate for the advancement of women and minorities in business. Ms. Kim has a BA from Seoul National University and completed Graduate Studies at Clark University. She has also completed Executive Management programs at Babson College and Dartmouth College.
